Technical services engineered around uptime and total cost of ownership

Our services complement the product line. Most customers start with oil analysis, then move into an extended drain program once the data supports it. All work is delivered by our in-house technical team, based in Canada.

Service 01

Oil analysis

Turn oil into a data source.

Problem

Most maintenance teams change oil on the calendar. That either wastes serviceable fluid or misses early warning signs of contamination and wear — and both are expensive.

Approach

ISO 17025 accredited lab testing with a defined sample protocol for each equipment class. Reports cover wear metals, contamination (water, fuel, glycol, silicon), and additive depletion, benchmarked against equipment history.

Outcome

Actionable reports within 48–72 hours of sample receipt. Trending views flag equipment drifting toward failure, so you intervene on the maintenance schedule — not during production.

Service 02

Extended drain interval programs

Change oil when the oil says to.

Problem

Fixed drain intervals ignore how equipment is actually loaded, how clean the environment is, and how the lubricant is holding up. Real-world duty cycles vary — your intervals should too.

Approach

We baseline the fleet, set condition limits against your OEM specs, and use scheduled oil analysis to extend intervals in controlled increments. Every change is data-supported and documented.

Outcome

Typical programs extend drain intervals 1.5–3× with equal or better wear performance. Fewer changes mean lower lubricant, labour, disposal, and downtime cost per operating hour.

Service 03

Lubrication surveys

Every point, every product, cross-referenced.

Problem

Product proliferation is common — twelve greases where three would do, mismatched viscosity grades, and unclear OEM alignment. It creates procurement complexity and application errors.

Approach

An on-site walkdown of every lubrication point. We document the current product, OEM specification, application conditions, and consolidation opportunities in a single reference document.

Outcome

A consolidated product list, corrected mismatches, and clear PM labelling. Fewer SKUs on the shelf, and fewer wrong-product events on the floor.

Service 04

Reliability consulting

Root cause, not just remedy.

Problem

Repeat failures at the same asset usually point to a lubrication, contamination, or specification issue — not a bad bearing. Without root cause, the failure keeps coming back.

Approach

We work alongside your reliability engineer to investigate failure patterns, correlate oil analysis with vibration data, and recommend product, filtration, or PM changes.

Outcome

Documented root-cause findings, corrective action plans, and follow-up sampling to verify the fix. Measurable MTBF improvement on the assets that matter most.

A single oil analysis on a representative unit gives us both a data point to work from. From there, we can scope a program proportional to your fleet size.
